We are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Manager to join our growing team.

The key purpose of the role is to manage a contract on the site of our client, sourcing and providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of the business. Candidates will be required to work in a fast paced environment and will need to work well under pressure.

Key areas to the job include:
* Daily planning and scheduling
* Client relationship building
* Achievement of KPIs
* Recruitment and motivation of temporary employees

One a day-to-day basis you will need to manage the changing operational needs of the client reacting effectively to deliver value. This is a multi-tasking role, which requires a level head and the ability to be highly organised and efficient.

Responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with key contacts and your team
* Developing plans to add value to contracts
* Effectively managing budgets and costs
* Establishing robust recruitment and selection processes
* Attending client operational & review meetings as required
* Actively managing all HR elements of employing a temporary workforce
* Overseeing payroll and employee administration using Navision

Candidates will have a track record of taking ownership and improving performance and will manage people with respect and fairness. You will have a friendly, flexibleattitude and be self motivated with a commitment to lead by example in a service orientated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and will be flexible in their working hours and on call when out of hours.
