We are advertising this exciting new position on behalf of our client who is seeking a quality-driven Domiciliary Care Manager.
You will be required to work alongside the Registered Manager, setting up a brand-new domiciliary care service in Haslemere, Surrey, providing high-quality care in the community to older people and vulnerable adults.
They are looking for an experienced Manager/Deputy or a Senior care co-ordinator, who understands the fast-paced and busy nature of domiciliary care management.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person as you will be working to ensure the further growth and development of the business, recruiting and training carers, carrying out risk assessments and reviewing care packages, taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits, and overseeing the provision of high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
