Our clients are a trust who provides a unique complex of local Healthcare Services are now looking to recruit a Registered Nurse.
To assist the Matron in the management of the care team, by taking on responsibility and ownership of the nursing care of patients. To produce risk/clinical risk assessments for individual patients.
To participate as a member of the nursing team, demonstrating some organisational and teaching skills, good communication and having good patient care knowledge as stated in the nursing and palliative philosophy of care.
Good up to date knowledge of clinical conditions & procedures. Ability to lead a team of junior staff. Good role model.
Experienced in acute setting, understanding of clinical governance, interest/ experience in palliative care.
