Hours: Full time 37 hours a week and part time permanent positions available.
Location: State of the art Customer Access Centre in Accrington.

One Connect Limited is a Partnership between British Telecom and Lancashire County Council. The partnership was established in May 2011 to improve service delivery to the people, schools, businesses and organisations of Lancashire and beyond and to ensure best value for money for the County Council.

Exciting opportunities have arisen within One Connect Limited's Customer Access Service within the Customer Access Centre.

The role - Customer Access Centre Team

The Customer Access Centre team give advice and information on a variety of diverse services that are provided by the County Council including: Highways; Pensions; Concessionary Travel; Registrars and Certificate services. You will be required to take ownership of and actively resolve all levels of customer enquiries.

About you

Full training will be provided but you will need to have experience in customer service and working towards and achieving targets.

The Customer Access Centre is open from 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday and within the next 6 months services within Care Connect will be delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, creating further opportunities for full and part time work patterns. County

Council financial enhancements will apply if working weekends and Bank Holidays plus a day off in lieu for working a Bank Holiday. Work patterns will be offered in line with the needs of the business.
