The first position is a specialist post for a admissions social worker, who will work with new arrivals to the hospital. The second position will be based across 2 wards, the first being the high dependency ward working with 12 patients, the second being the assertive rehab ward, where social workers are allocated 20 patients each. Both these positions will be until a minimum of October 2013. You must be HCPC to be considered, as well as having had 2 - 3 years experience.
