The Senior Care Assistant is part of the caring team and as such works with and leads other members of staff to care for the Service Users in the Home. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading members of staff and will be dedicated to contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to our Service Users.
As a Senior Care Assistant your duties will be to:

Our Family Services team provides comprehensive support and short respite breaks for families with disabled children. As a Family Support Coordinator, you’ll work on your own initiative to provide financially successful and inspirational services to these families. This will involve:
• Assessing often complex health needs • Creating and implementing support plans • Recruiting, training and managing teams of volunteers • Delivering planned interventions for families in crisis • Holding group outreach sessions in the community
You’ll also carry out regular monitoring, record keeping and evaluation. We expect our Family Support Coordinators to build strong relationships with partner agencies in all sectors, and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
The Family Support Coordinator will need a relevant qualification, together with a history of successful administration and case management.
