- Springside is our exciting new service for adults with Autism and Aspergers. The service provides exclusive home and community based outreach support which is focussed on life and social skills develoment. Up to 15 hours per week mainly evenings and the occasional day We need Bank Support workers to work an average of 15 hours per week (mainly evenings and the occasional day) to support a young man to live independently in his own flat within the Saltash area. Applicants must be flexible in their approach and a car driver. Previous experience of Autism/Asperger's and/ or Outreach work is essential.
