Locum Care Manager - Guildford - Mental Health An experienced and dedicated Care Manager is required to work within an Adults Community Mental Health team in Guildford, Surrey. The successful Care Manager will be working within a strong team who work tirelessly to create excellent care packages and access to care for adults with Mental Health issues. Your duties will include but are not limited to: * Creating packages of care * One to one and group work with Adults * Work in conjunction with other professionals including health * Case Management / Care Management * Liaise effectively and efficiently
