the following criteria: Knowledge and understanding of the physical and emotional needs of people with learning disabilities or mental health. To assist service users to make contact with local day centre's, adult education, leisure services, lunch clubs, etc.... Together with the rest of the team, assist service users ... with people with a learning disability in a supported housing or residential care setting. DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL DRIVERS ONLY You will also need: References covering the last 2 years. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF
